It's Wednesday afternoon. You've just implemented a new React component that helps real estate investors instantly compare yield metrics across their portfolios. Using Cursor's AI-assisted coding and v0's rapid prototyping tools, you transformed complex financial data into an actionable, intuitive interface. A real estate investment director emails you: "This is exactly what we needed. I can now spot underperforming assets in seconds rather than hours." By Friday, you're sitting with another customer as they use your interface to make a multi-million dollar investment decision, watching them navigate effortlessly through data that previously required days of analysis spread across multiple spreadsheets.

Your Impact

As our Full-Stack Developer, you'll be essential in creating the interfaces and experiences that make our AI capabilities accessible and valuable to users. You'll work closely with our engineering team, solutions specialists, and commercial colleagues to build features that transform how real estate investors analyze documents, make decisions, and manage their portfolios. You'll own the complete lifecycle of features from initial customer conversations through design, implementation, deployment, and adoption.

Day to Day, You Will

• Create usable, useful interfaces using React, leveraging component libraries like Shadcn UI to build practical tools that solve real customer problems

• Focus on functional UX that makes complex data accessible and actionable for real estate professionals

• Develop backend APIs and services in Python that power our frontend applications and process document data

• Own end-to-end delivery from initial concept to production deployment and customer adoption

• Collaborate with solutions and commercial teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on features, using tools like v0 and Cursor to quickly test ideas and refine based on direct customer feedback

• Apply our engineering philosophy: intellectual honesty, effective time management, clear communication, and innovation

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards and grow as a developer

• Experiment fearlessly with new approaches and technologies, learning from both successes and failures

Using Cursor to leverage AI-assisted coding and v0 for rapid prototyping, they built an interactive dashboard in just four days. With Shadcn UI components and React, they created a visualisation that automatically extracts ROI, cap rates, and maintenance costs from hundreds of documents. Real estate investors can now instantly compare investment opportunities that previously took days to analyze manually. You'll create similar success stories that bridge technical capabilities with user needs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of shipping real products and features to customers

• Strong frontend skills with React and component-based architecture

• Experience with modern UI libraries (Shadcn UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar)

• Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS

• Working knowledge of Python for backend development

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Product-minded approach to development, with focus on user impact

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API)

• Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSocket implementations

• Background in data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.)

• Experience working in agile development environments

• Familiarity with document processing or AI-enhanced applications

• Experience in real estate, law, or finance industries
