That means getting ideas and features out there quickly, even if they're MVPs, so we can start delivering value to customers today rather than tomorrow. We deliberately timebox tasks, share early drafts for feedback, make decisions without dithering, and release new features in alpha/beta to gather customer input. We're realistic in our commitments and follow through on them.

Kate’s got a PhD in Linguistics from Stanford plus 12 years’ CPTOing across Silicon Valley and London startups.
