About Fifth Dimension AI
We're the leading GenAI startup automating document-heavy processes in real estate, founded in 2023 by Johnny Morris and Dr. Kate Jarvis. Backed by Tier 1 European and American investors, we're based in London and New York building the future of enterprise AI.
Our values are simple: Own It, Ship It, and Don't Be Boring.
The Role
We're scaling rapidly with enterprise contracts and exploring new market segments. We need someone who can bridge the gap between world-class engineering and real-world growth.
As our first Growth / GTM Engineer, you'll use AI to build AI to deliver the greatest impact. You'll ship product-driven growth initiatives that generate real dollars, working at the intersection of engineering, sales, solutions, and customer success. This isn't about growth hacks or vanity metrics — it's about building features, tools, and systems that directly drive revenue and customer adoption.
You'll report to our CTO and collaborate closely with our solutions architects, customer success team, and sales leadership to turn technical capabilities into market opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Ship AI products that generate real revenue — Build product-led growth features, self-serve capabilities, and tools that convert prospects into paying customers
- Engineer growth experiments — Design, build, and measure product initiatives that accelerate adoption across enterprise and new market segments
- Bridge product and GTM — Translate customer feedback, sales insights, and market opportunities into shipped code
- Hop in and out along the full stack — From data pipelines and AI integrations to customer-facing features and instrumentation
- Leverage AI tooling — Use the likes of Claude Code and other AI coding tools to ship faster and smarter
- Work cross-functionally — Partner with solutions, customer success, and sales to understand what drives conversions and retention
- Explore new markets — Help identify and validate opportunities in adjacent market segments
Who You Are
You have taste. You're opinionated about what makes AI products actually ship and generate revenue. You know the difference between "cool tech" and "tech that converts."
Ideally, you're an ex-founder (on the product engineering side) or an indie hacker who's built and shipped products that made real money. You've hustled, you've launched, and you've learned what works.
You have demonstrable growth/GTM wins. Whether it's a self-serve funnel you built, a viral feature you shipped, or a product-led motion you designed—you've moved the needle before.
You're a builder first. Strong engineering fundamentals (especially Typescript or Python), comfort with full stack, and experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development.
You thrive in ambiguity. Early-stage startup life means wearing multiple hats, making decisions with incomplete information, and iterating fast.
You love working with customers. You'll be talking to users, sales, and solutions teams regularly to understand what drives adoption and revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping growth-oriented product features that drove measurable business outcomes
- Strong software engineering skills (Typescript or Python preferred) with ability to own full-stack development
- Background as a founder, indie hacker, or product engineer in high-growth environments
- Track record of successful GTM or growth initiatives (product-led growth, self-serve, conversion optimization, etc.)
- Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills: you can talk to engineers, customers, and executives equally well
- Comfortable with 25-30% travel between London and New York
- Based in or willing to relocate to London or New York

About Fifth Dimension AI
Fifth Dimension is ushering in a golden age of work, where boring tasks are automated away, the right data are always at your fingertips, and maximal creativity is encouraged.
We’re an early stage start-up with ample runway, backed by leading European and American investors.
The founders, Johnny Morris and Dr. Kate Jarvis, are both data nerds. But that's not all. Johnny’s got 16 years’ experience in Real Estate, our GTM niche. Kate’s got a PhD in Linguistics from Stanford plus 12 years’ CPTOing across Silicon Valley and London startups. We're demanding, excitable, encouraging of experimentation, adoring of bad puns, and have built our business on a foundation of compassion and kind challenge.
