A week in the life of our NYC Solutions Architect
Monday: You're prepping with our CEO for a technical scoping call at KKR - they want to understand our architecture and what a realistic implementation looks like for their portfolio.
Tuesday: Back-to-back customer calls. Starwood's team hit an edge case you solve in fifteen minutes. Another account needs a feature that doesn't exist - you write the spec and send it to Product with clear ROI.
Wednesday: BXP just completed their first major workflow independently. You're reviewing results, confirming the data quality patterns you'd predicted, and scoping their next phase.
Thursday: Engineering shipped a feature three of your accounts need. You've already written enablement materials - by end of day, all three customers know about it and have implementation plans.
Friday: Account health reviews. You're monitoring utilization, spotting expansion opportunities, identifying accounts needing attention. One customer's usage dropped - you book time next week to understand why.

What you'll do
As our Solutions Architect in New York, you'll own the technical relationship for our enterprise accounts across the US.
Day to day, you will:
- Partner with Sales on pre-sales technical scoping - translate prospect requirements into solutions, define success criteria, present technical credibility
- Own customer onboarding and enablement - get customers to value fast through structured guidance on data setup, workflow design, and platform adoption
- Manage ongoing technical health of enterprise accounts - monitor utilization, triage issues, surface expansion opportunities, coordinate with Solutions Engineers on complex implementations
- Drive product adoption strategy - translate new features into customer value, design rollouts that maximize adoption, eliminate lag between Engineering shipping and customers benefiting
- Be the voice of US customers to Product and Engineering - write feature requests with clear ROI, advocate for customer needs, influence roadmap priorities
- Travel (25-30%) to client sites across the US building deep relationships with the teams who rely on our platform
- Partner with the CEO on strategic account relationships and US market positioning
What we're looking for
You've owned complex enterprise relationships at a SaaS company. You know how to balance multiple demanding customers, keep implementations on track, and maintain technical credibility with both users and executives. You understand that success means customers becoming self-sufficient, not staying dependent on you.
You bring:
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Senior Customer Engineer at an enterprise SaaS company
- Track record managing complex customer relationships simultaneously with strong project management discipline
- Technical depth to direct Solutions Engineer work, advocate for feature changes, and make quality judgements
- Comfort being the primary technical face to customer executives
- Ability to make technical trade-off decisions without constant escalation
- Experience translating between customer needs and product requirements
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
Bonus points if you have:
- Real estate, financial services, or legal industry knowledge
- Experience at a high-growth startup where you wore multiple hats
- Previous experience working closely with C-suite executives
- Comfort working across US/international teams and time zones

- $200K - $250K base salary (up to $300k OTE) depending on your experience
