The opportunity
Fifth Dimension is bringing the magic of AI automation to document-heavy industries 🌈 —starting with commercial real estate. Our AI workspace helps leading investment managers, owners, and operators across the US, UK, and APAC automate complex workflows, extract insights from critical documents, and make faster, smarter decisions.
We’ve just closed our Series A, backed by Tier 1 European and American investors. We hit 6x ARR growth last year and are targeting 15x by the end of 2026. We're currently 25 people across London and NYC, launching Singapore in H1 - and won’t be stopping there.
We have huge ambitions, and we need a world class team to deliver on them - that starts with finding additional exceptional talent to join our team.
You'd be the first member of our Talent function - a huge opportunity to grow with the company. You’ll shape how we recruit, and build a company uniquely positioned to capitalize on our already dominant position in the market.
We plan to grow to ~60 exceptional people by the end of the year in engineering, product, commercial,and ops—across three geographies.
Senior roles. Niche profiles. Searching for talent who isn’t on the market but will leap when the right role comes knocking. Your job is to find them, sell them on the opportunity of their career, and close them—fast.

What you’ll do
Hunt.
We're hiring exceptional people in a hot market—competing against the likes of OpenAI and Anthropic for the same talent. They're not applying to job ads. You'll need to find them and get creative about what cuts through; and convince them that Fifth Dimension is worth the conversation.
You'll be the face of our company to candidates—often their first impression of who we are.
Screen and sell.
You'll run screening calls—qualifying for skills and fit, and also selling. The right candidates should leave the call more excited than when they started, enthused to go to the next interview.
Throughout the process you'll keep momentum high, handle objections, ensure candidates are engaged, and pass intel back to the hiring manager.
Speed matters as much as quality—our target is under 6 weeks from ad kicked off to signed offer.
Partner.
You'll partner directly with hiring managers across every function. That means helping them sharpen what they're actually looking for, telling them when their expectations don't match the market, and keeping them accountable on speed and decisions.
Build the future.
You'll build the infrastructure as you go—pipelines for roles we'll hire repeatedly, systems that let you move faster, a playbook about what works and what doesn't.
Diversify.
Diverse teams make better decisions, build better products, and reflect the world we’re working in. We’re targeting 40% female/NB/GNC by end of year - you'll help craft the ads, approach, offering and pipelines that get us there.
About you
You're a natural metrics driven closer. Metrics-obsessed. Relentless on follow-up. Skilled at reading people and handling objections. You hear what candidates aren't saying. Don’t stop until you’ve got the close
You have high EQ. You can read a room, manage emotions—yours and theirs—and navigate tricky conversations without losing the candidate or the deal.
You're organised and a great communicator. Multiple roles, multiple hiring managers, multiple candidates in flight—you keep the plates spinning and nothing falls through the cracks.
You take ownership. If something's broken, you fix it. If something's unclear, you figure it out.
You're energised by early-stage—building something from zero, not inheriting a playbook. Ambiguity doesn't scare you, and autonomy isn’t a perk - they’re the environment in which you work best.
You're an AI/automation tooling whiz. Not because it's trendy, but because you've figured out it lets you move faster and do better work.
You test, learn, iterate. What worked last month might not work now. You're constantly experimenting with what cuts through and adjusting when it doesn't.
Must-have experience
Strong commercial hiring portfolio, placing the best sales people in competitive markets
Experience to lean on and hire broad generalist roles as needed: think Ops, Marketing, Product, Tech HR or Legal.
Hired hard roles: senior, niche, competing against better-funded companies
End-to-end ownership of the funnel, from sourcing through close
Strong experience recruiting in New York City and the US
Demonstrable use of AI/automation in your recruiting workflow
Demonstrable ability to consistently deliver 2-4 high performing hires a month
Nice-to-have experience
Experience in Executive search (a big plus!)
Recruited across EMEA and/or APAC
Experience creating diverse talent pipelines
One of the first recruiters at an early-stage, high-growth tech startup

Compensation
We are a hybrid office - everyone comes into their local office every Wednesday, ideally more.
This role will have some travel:
As needed to run recruitment events across the geographies
All employees outside of the UK visit the London HQ once a quarter

Base: Up to $140k
Performance Bonus
$2k Bonus for every role closed
