Our buyers are people like the one you used to be: sharp, skeptical, and tired of doing billion-dollar work on spreadsheets. You can talk to them as a peer, because you've sat on their side of the table.
Let me be straight about what this is: a closing role. You'll own the full sales cycle and carry a number. Your edge is real: you speak our buyers' language natively and you have credibility that can't be faked. But your domain is the starting line, not the job. We're not hiring a black book, we're hiring someone who can build pipeline and close, and who's hungry to learn the craft of selling. If you've got the relationships and the drive to learn the rest, that's the combination we're betting on. We'll invest in getting you there.
What you'll do
Own and close complex enterprise deals end to end, into the firms whose workflows you already understand.
Build a self-generated pipeline and the replicable playbook that future hires run on
Design your own sales methodology and the tracking to prove it — you'll test and iterate weekly, not quarterly.
Use your domain fluency to demonstrate transformational ROI and turn wins into case studies
Partner with Product, Solutions, and Engineering, translating what you know about this industry into roadmap direction.
Contribute to pricing, packaging, and how we take this to market, you're early enough to shape it.

There's no rigid checklist, what we're looking for is the right combination of domain and drive:
4–10 years in commercial real estate, buy-side, brokerage, REIT/corporate, or RE consulting
You know the workflows our product replaces because you ran them yourself
You have credibility and relationships with the people who buy this — but you're not looking to coast on contacts alone
You're genuinely hungry to learn the craft of selling and prospecting, not just trade on your network
You think in systems, and you see a broken process and ask "how do I make this 3x better?"
You're ready to trade the familiar for a steeper, higher-ceiling path, eyes open
You're happy in-office 3x/week in midtown
This is the highest-growth path of the three doors into this team: you're learning a new craft on top of a domain you already own. If that excites you rather than scares you, we should talk.

$130K–150K base salary
Uncapped commission (targeting a 50/50 OTE split)
